Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/05118/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before the use of the building for D2 purposes is first commenced a scheme of sound attenuation works shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for written approval, installed and thereafter retained. The scheme of works shall be capable of restricting noise breakout from the D2 use to neighbouring premises.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring premises.
(Policy BE8, SBLPR and Sections 7 & 11, NPPF)
3) Before the use of the building for D2 purposes is first commenced a Noise Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such a management plan shall identify measures to control noise emanating from the hereby permitted facility. Any identified measures shall be implemented in accordance with the approved plan at all times.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring premises
(Policy BE8, SBLPR and Sections 7 & 11, NPPF)
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan, number RM 16 / 061.1A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
