Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/05265/GPDE
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would constitute an enlargement to an existing extension, and the proposed and existing extensions would exceed the tolerance of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) under sub paragraphs (f) (g) (h) and (i) of the afforemented legislation, whereby the development would extend beyond an existing 2 storey rear extension, resulting in the entire development exceeding the limitations. For this reason the proposed development would not comply with Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, and planning permission will be required.
