Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/00/01021
Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the proposed extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. REASON: To control the appearance of the extension. (Policies 10, B.S.P; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). 3. The premises shall only be used for offices and for no other purpose including any other purpose in Class B1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order). REASON: To control the development in the interests of amenity. (Policies BE11, S.B.L.P, BE8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.) 4. This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Nos. 282/1 Rev E, 2 Rev D, 104, 111, 112, 113 Rev A & 114 received 15/11/2000 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.)
