Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/17/05497/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The parking spaces shown on 'WA-16043-A2801-C Site Plan' shall be provided as unassigned to individual residential units and shall be available at all times for general residential parking for the occupiers of and visitors to all the residential units hereby approved and no bollard, barrier or other device and/or designation sign shall be permitted to be placed or erected on or in the vicinity of these car parking spaces.

Reason: To ensure the permanent availability of car parking spaces for residents of and visitors to the flats.

3) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 16043-A2800, 16043-A2801-C, 16043-A2802, 16043-A2803, 16043-A2805-C & 16043-A2806.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
