Conditions or Reasons:
1) In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed development does not comply with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 ("the Order"), as the application site is located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Article 2 (3) Land. Therefore, in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order, the application for approval is refused and, as such, requires the benefit of planning permission.
