Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development by reason of its excessive size, unsympathetic design and prominent siting constitutes inappropriate development which is harmful to the openness of the green belt and the rural character of the locality. The applicant has not provided sufficient information, including scaled elevations and has not demonstrated any very special circumstances. The development is contrary to Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and Section 9 of the NPPF.
