Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/00169/GPDE
Conditions or Reasons:
1) In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed development does not comply with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) ("the Order"), as the proposed development would form a rear extension which be situated within 2m of the curtilage boundary for the application site, would have an eaves and overall height of 3.1m and would therefore fail on Paragraph (i) as the proposed development's eaves height would be greater than 3m. Therefore, in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order, the application for prior notification is refused and, as such, requires full planning permission.
