Conditions or Reasons:
1) The premises shall only be open to the public between the hours of 0800 and 1800 hours Monday to Friday and 0900 and 1600 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Public/Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted Site Location Plan.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
