Those parts of the approved travel plan that are identified as being capable of implementation after occupation shall be implemented in accordance with an agreed timetable and shall continue to be implemented as long as any part of the development is occupied.

Reason: To promote sustainable modes of travel and to reduce the potential traffic impact of the development on the local highway network.
6) No development hereby approved shall commence until a suitable noise impact assessment has been undertaken, submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  The noise impact assessment shall identify all potential sources of noise (including road traffic noise) likely to impact on the site and neighbouring premises, and assess them in accordance with relevant procedures and standards. The noise impact assessment report shall identify suitable measures to control noise impacts on future occupiers of the development and neighbouring receptors. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved noise mitigation details prior to the first occupation of the permitted dwelling.

Reason: This condition is pre-commencement as details of noise mitigation could include materials which would be required to be ordered in advance of construction and in the interest of protecting the residential amenity of any neighbouring or future occupiers of the site.
