Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/00300/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Due to the scale and the siting of the development, it is considered it would cause a detrimental impact on the setting of the listed building and the character and appearance of the conservation area, which is contrary to Section 16 of the NPPF and Section 66 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. This amounts to less than substantial harm which is not outweighed by any identified public benefits, which is contrary to the NPPF, DM13 and CS15 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies North (2009).
