Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
1. The use of the land for the siting of a mobile/temporary home shall be discontinued, the mobile/temporary home (and all materials, equipment and domestic items brought on the land in connection with the residential use) shall be removed and the land shall be restored to its former condition as agricultural land on or before 31/03/04. REASON: To allow the District Planning Authority to review the use, buildings and structures when the permission expires. (Policies 24, B.S.P, GB1, NE1, and H11, S.B.L.P, GB1, NE1, and H10, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). 2. The occupation of the mobile/temporary home shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed in agriculture at the livestock rearing business occupying the holding known as "Spinney Meadows" and to any resident dependant. REASON: The District Planning Authority would not permit the siting of a mobile home on this site unconnected with the use of land for agriculture. (Policies 24, B.S.P, GB1 and H11, S.B.L.P, GB1, and H10, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). 3. Any gates provided shall open away from the highway and be set back a distance of at least 8m from the nearside edge of the carriageway of the adjoining highway. REASON: To enable vehicles to draw off the highway before the gates are opened. (Policies T4, S.B.L.P, T1, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.) |
