Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 4 months of the date of this decision the new access onto Glebe Road shall be formally laid out and constructed in accordance with Central Bedfordshire Council's Specification for vehicular access. In addition the parking areas and turning area shown on drawing number 03 Rev A shall have been laid out, drained and surfaced in accordance with details previously submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and those areas shall not thereafter be used for any other purpose.


Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and the premises.
2) Within 4 months of this decision notice date the modified/widened vehicular access onto Laburnham Road shall be formally laid out and constructed in accordance with Central Bedfordshire Council's Specification for vehicular access.
