No heavy goods vehicle movements shall be carried out within the south-eastern loading bays of the site before 6.00am or after 11.00pm Monday to Friday, before 6.00am or after 6.00pm on Saturdays, and before 9.00am or after 6.00pm on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Reason: To protect the amenities of the area.

Until the noise attenuation barrier as recommended in the Noise Impact Assessment (Cole Jarman, reference 16/0512/R1, 17 January 2018) has been constructed as per the submitted plans C161033-D06-02-C and C161033-B06-01-A and shown to be effective with post completion testing, with the results submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, no heavy goods vehicle movements shall take place within the north western loading bays before 6.00am or after 11.00pm Monday to Friday, before 6.00am or after 6.00pm on Saturdays, and before 9.00am or after 6.00pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. The acoustic barrier shall be retained and maintained in accordance with the approved details thereafter.
Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
