Conditions or Reasons:
1) In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed development does not comply with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 ("the Order"), as the proposed development would form a side extension which would have a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse and therefore fails on paragraph (J), (iii). Therefore, in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order, the application for prior notification is refused and, as such, requires full planning permission.
