Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/00985/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 2683/1006/A and site plan (1:200 @A1).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) No external alterations/windows or other openings shall be formed on any part of the development hereby permitted without the specific grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring residential proerties.
3) No equipment, goods, waste of other materials shall be deposited or stored in the open outside the building on the site.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the site and the surrounding area.
4) The cycle sheds previously approved under ref: MB/05/00803 shall be provided and ready for use in the location approved prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved.

Reason: In the interest of highway safety.
5) Prior to first occupation of the development hereby permitted a plan shall be submitted ot the local planning authority showing the provision of Disabled Parking. The parking spaces shall subsequently be made available at all times.

Reason: To provide adequate access to visiting impaired persons.
6) Before the premises are occupied all on site vehicular areas shall be marked out in thermoplastic white lining in accordance with details to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To minimise the potential for on street parking and thereby safeguard the interest of the safety and convenience of road users.
