Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/01038/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building and works hereby permitted shall be removed and the land re-instated to its former condition owithin 5 years of the date of this permission, in accordance with a scheme of work previously submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority unless, before that date, the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires in the interests of visual amenity given that the building is constructed of short lived materials only, which are prone to deterioration.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 3001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
