Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/01095/LDCP
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed outbuilding is not located within the curtilage of the dwellinghouse and does not therefore represent a permitted development by virtue of the conflict with criteria E of Class E, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 (as amended). The development is therefore required to be considered through submission of a planning application.
2) The proposed side extension does not represent a permitted development by virtue of the conflict with criteria A.1 (e(ii)) of Class A, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 (as amended). The development is therefore required to be considered through submission of a planning application.
3) The proposed garage does not represent a permitted development by virtue of the conflict with criteria E.1 (e(ii)) of Class E, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 (as amended). The development is therefore required to be considered through submission of a planning application.
