Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/01172/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003, CBC/004, CBC/005 and CBC/006.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The garden chalet hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than in connection with the occupation of the dwelling known as 27 Maulden Road.

Reason:  The garden chalet accommodation created within the land owned by the applicant is not suitable to be used as a separate, independent business unit given its location, means of access and parking provision/which would be inappropriate in highway terms in this location.
3) The building shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling and shall not be used for commerical purposes.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.
