Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/01234/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The mobile home hereby permitted shall be removed from the land on the permanent cessation of the use of the site as a greyhound stadium, as shown within the site edged red on approved drawing ref: PL001/ rev A.

Reason

To ensure that the mobile home is removed following cessation of the existing business use as planning permission would not normally be granted for a mobile home in this position in relation to surrounding land uses and is acceptable in this location only due to the operational function of the dwelling in relation to the existing business use, pursuant to policy DM3 of the adopted Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the NPPF (2018).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers PL001/ rev A; PL002; email from applicant dated 23rd June 2018

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
