| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The traffic shall be managed in accordance with the approved Transport Method Statement.
Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and the premises.

2)
This permission is for the sole benefit of the applicant and shall extend to no other person, partnership, firm or company.
Reason: To ensure the retention of planning control by the Local Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicants interest in the land and building.

The workshop premises shall not be used except between 0830 and 1830 hours, Monday Friday, 0900 and 1300 hours on Saturdays and at no time on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays, without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect residential amenity

Noise resulting from the installation and use of the plant, machinery or equipment shall not exceed a level of 5dBA below the existing background level (or 10dBA below if there is a distinctive quality) when measured or calculated according to BS4142:1997, at a point one metre external to the nearest noise sensitive building.
Reason: To protect residential amenity.

5)
The development hereby permitted shall be retained in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers PL-01 Rev P1, PL-02, PL-03 & PL-04.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. |
