Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/01481/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans 18 230 102A, 18 230 01, 18 230 02, 18 230 03 and 18 230 101.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows shall be inserted into the first floor flank elevations of the proposed extension, without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the privacy of neighbouring residents.
