Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/01507/PASD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1;1250 site plan, block plan, proposed layout plan and existing layout plan.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2)
No part of the building shall be occupied until the scheme for car parking
(with access thereto) has been provided in accordance with the approved plans.
The spaces shall thereafter be kept available for parking at all times.

Reason: To minimise the potential for on street parking and thereby safegaurd the
interest of the safety and convenience of road users.
