Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development will result in the intensification of use of a substandard access which makes no provision for adequate driver/driver intervisibility and driver/pedestrian intervisibility and will lead to conditions of danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the property.
2) The proposed development will result in the intensification of use of a substandard access which makes no provision for the two way flow of vehicles at the access, into/from a busy classified road which, exacerbated by the lack of intervisibility, will result in obstruction of the free flow of traffic along the public highway, unacceptable traffic congestion and additional hazards for users of the highway.
3) The proposed development will lead to an increase in traffic movements from an access that is structurally too narrow for the majority of service/delivery/emergency vehicles, and will lead to an increase in on street vehicular waiting, or vehicles realising the limited access width having to reverse into the public highway and free flow of traffic and will lead to obstruction and conditions of danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the property.
