Conditions or Reasons:
1) The extension to the existing outbuilding by reason of its excessive scale and bulk would harm the openness of the green belt. No very special circumstances have been demonstrated therefore the proposal would constitute inappropriate development and would thereby conflict with the objectives of Policies H8 and HE13 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and Section 9 of the NPPF.
