Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/01893/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall take place until details of door furniture and the black paint have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and only the approved details implemented and retained at all times on the site.

Reason: This pre commencement condtion is required to safeguard the character and integrity of the Grade II Listed building.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: site location plan and Sheet 1 of 1.
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
