Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/02011/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the approved plans, all making good of the existing building shall be carried out in materials and finishes that closely match, like-for-like those historic materials and finishing materials used in the existing building or structure, to accord with the usual conservation good practice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the special historic and architectural interest and integrity of the listed building is conserved and maintained in accordance with standard conservation good practice, local policies and the NPPF. (Section 12).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers site location plans and THER/10/P/sk/A/18.
