Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/02038/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 01/08/23 when the building shall be removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires.
(Section 7, NPPF & Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R)
2) Prior to the installation of the building hereby approved, a works procedure method to protect the existing trees shall be adopted during the installation of the temporary classroom, which will ensure that no damage will be incurred to the canopy of protected trees caused by installation operations.

Reason: To prevent damage to trees, where there is potential for direct canopy conflict and damage during classroom installation.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers PL 01, PL-02, PL 03 (Block Plan) PL-03 (Proposed Block Plan) & PL 05.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
