Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development does not comply with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 ("the Order"), as the proposed development would have an eaves height higher than the eaves height of the existing dwelling and therefore the proposal fails on paragraph (d). Therefore, in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order, the application for prior notification is refused and, as such, requires full planning permission.
