Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension due to its siting will result in an unacceptable impact on the amenity of the adjoining neighbour by way of loss of light. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design contained within Section 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework, policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review 2004, policy HQ1 of the emerging Central Bedfordshire Local Plan 2015-2035 and Design Supplement Number 7 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide 2014.
