Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/02196/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1, Classes A, B, C and D of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no extensions, enlargements, additions or alterations to the building(s) hereby permitted shall be carried out without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the external appearance of the building in the interests of the amenities of the area and the intrinsic character and beauty of the countryside, in accordance with Policies DM3, CS16 and DM14 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 173702/12A and 173702/13.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
