Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/02561/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: Site Location Plan, Block plan and Front elevation.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted wiht the application, no work on the proposed repairs, herby permitted shall take place until samples of the exterior materials proposed to be used in the development herby approved have been made available on site for inspection and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the aproved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the development in the interests of the character, appearance and historical significance of the Grade II Listed Building.
