Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/02602/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All new windows shall be made of single-glazed softwood timber. The works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the approved details and shall be retained thereafter.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with policy DM13 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and National Planning Policy Framework (Section 16).
3) All new glazing panels shall be made of cylinder glass or hand-drawn glass (traditionally manufactured) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained thereafter.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with policy DM13 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and National Planning Policy Framework (Section 16).
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers L100A, A101A, A102A, A103B, A104C.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
