Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/02835/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed outbuilding by reason of its excessive scale and bulk would harm the openness of the Green Belt. No very special circumstances have been demonstrated therefore the proposal would constitute inappropriate development and would thereby conflict with the objectives of Policies H8 and HE13 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and Section 13 of the NPPF.
2) The proposed outbuilding by virtue of its scale and siting would have a detrimental impact on the amenities of neighbouring residents due to the visually intrusive nature of the proposal. It would be contrary to Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
