Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03022/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would represent an inappropriate form of development of residential garden land that would be cramped and undesirable, which would be detrimental to the character of the area. The proposal would be contrary to Policy H2 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
2) The resultant private amenity space for future occupiers of the proposed dwelling would be sub-standard and thereby detrimental to the living environment of future occupiers, as such the proposal would be contrary to Policy H2 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and the aims and objectives of the NPPF.
