Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03085/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The temporary building hereby permitted shall be removed on or before 01/11/2023 unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its continuation.

Reason: To allow the Local Planning Authority to review the siting of the temporary building when the permission expires.
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 18247-MBS, 4349/101 Rev P1 and 4349/101 Rev P2.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
