Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03372/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The wall finishing materials to be used in any works of making good associated with the blocking of the existing door opening and the creation of the new opening hereby approved shall match the existing in composition, appearance and decorative finishing unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the development hereby approved is executed in a manner appropriate to the existing fabric of this listed building and in the interests of visual amenity. (Policies BE8, SBLPR, policies HQ1 & HE3 of the emerging Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and section 16, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001 (1:1250 Site Location Plan), 1810-BP-001, 1810-PL-001 and 1810-PL-002.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
