Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03385/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and commencement of the erection of the garage within a block of existing garages as shown on drawing No. 1343-S001-1st, within 1 month of the decision, full external finishes, including colours expressed or demonstrated by colour swatches, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval in writing. The approved development shall be undertaken and completed within 3 months of the Local Planning Authorities approval in writing and strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To protect the appearance of the character of the area, the streetscene and the amenity of neighbouring occupiers.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan, number 13434-S001-1st.

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
