Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03474/PADO
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall be completed within a period of three years starting with the prior approval date.

Reason: To comply with O-2. (2) Class O Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
2) Before the development is first occupied or brought into use, the parking area to the rear shall be marked out and thereafter retained for this purpose.

Reason: To ensure the provision of car parking clear of the highway.
