Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03564/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number:

A100

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The development hereby permitted shall only be used as an annexe to the dwelling known as 20 Woodlands Avenue and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit.

3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, within one month of the date of this permission, a scheme for the rendering or cladding of the building shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval in writing. The approved scheme shall be completed within 2 months of the Local Planning Authority's written approval.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
