Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03643/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development, by virtue of its prominent scale, height, bulk and poor quality design would constitute inappropriate development which subsequently would cause harm to the openness of the Green Belt contrary to section 13 of the NPPF.
2) The proposed development, by virtue of its scale, urban appearance and dominance within the green rural locality would cause harm to the character and appearance of the area and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is contrary to policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review 2004 and would be further contrary to sections 12 and 15 of the NPPF.
