Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03771/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Prior to the home office being brought into use the replacement parking space, including surfacing shall be in accordance with the approved drawing no. 01A, and thereafter retained for the purpose of parking.

Reason: To provide adequate parking provision clear of the public highway without obstruction to the free flow of highway traffic
3) The building shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 01A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
