Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/03833/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use of the temporary marquee shall cease on 1st January 2020 and the site shall be returned to its pre-development condition.

Reason: the use hereby approved is not considered suitable as a permanent form of development to safeguard residential amenity. (Section 12, NPPF)
2) The use of the structure hereby permitted shall not be permitted outside of the hours of 10.00 and 23.00hrs (01.00hrs on New Year's Eve).  Outside of these times the structure shall be cleared of guests and access restricted.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity of neighbouring properties.

3) The use of the temporary marquee hereby permitted shall be managed and operated in accordance with the agreed operating parameters submitted to the Council's Pollution Team.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers L-01 and L-02.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
