Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/04012/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SE3161/4E & SE3161/9E.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) All existing onsite buildings and other structures shall be demolished and all resultant detritus not reused as the base for roadways and standing areas shall be completely removed from the site prior to the occupation of the dwelling.

Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
