Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/04269/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 3 months of the date of the decision of this application the bunding shown as being removed on plan Nos. 00-26C and 00-28C shall be removed and the ground returned to its previous state.

Reason:
In order to protect the amenity of neighbouring residential properties (SBLPR, BE8 and Section 12, NPPF.
2) Within 3 months of the date of the decision of this application the bund drainage shown to be installed on plan No. 00-26C shall be installed.

Reason:
To allow for sufficient drainage of the site in order to reduce flood risk (Section 14, NPPF).
3) The planting and landscaping scheme shown on approved Drawing
No.00-26C and associated schedule in the document titled "CBC.001 - BSRE Restore & Enrich 100% Wildflower Seed Mix" shall be implemented within 3 months of the decision date of this application. The grass and wildflower shall subsequently be maintained for a period of five years from the date of planting and any which die or are destroyed during this period shall be replaced during the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.

Reason: To ensure an acceptable standard of landscaping.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 00-25, 00-26C, 00-27, 00-28C, CBC.001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
