Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/04285/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The building hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Daymer House and for no other purpose including business, commercial or industrial purposes.

Reason: The ancillary accommodation created by the development is not suitable, because of the circumstances of the site, to be used as a separate, independent residential unit and to prevent the building from being used for commercial purposes to the detriment of the locality.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SC-2005717-01; SC-2005717-02.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
