Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/18/04287/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers JLG/655/01 Rev A.
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) No above ground building works shall take place until details of the hard surfacing for the development have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interest of the visual amenity of the area.

4) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials indicated in the submitted application form unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials in keeping with the surroundings in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
