1) Insufficient information has been provided to enable an accurate assessmentof the likely transport and highway impacts of the development and potential highway safety issues. The application therefore fails the test at paragraph R.3 (1) (b) i of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
2) Insufficient information has been submitted with the application to enable a proper assessment of the likelihood of noise pollution arising from the proposed operation. The application therefore fails the test at paragraph R.3(1)(b) ii of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
