Furthermore, insufficient information/clarification (with regards to the floorspace and curtilage) is given within the application (paragraph 4) to determine whether the proposed change of use would fall within the scope of permitted development under Class Q, Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
