Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed external alterations to the building comprising of new window openings and doors, as shown on plan reference TM/AB/121018/01 do not benefit from permitted development rights under Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England)Order 2015 (as amended). The existing garage building is not a dwellinghouse and the existing building is required under condition 5 of LPA reference 03/01985/RM to be used for a purpose ancillary to the main dwelling. The development is therefore required to be considered through submission of a planning application.
