Conditions or Reasons:
1) The dung store shall be sited in the position as shown on approved Plan No. MBDC2 and in no other position without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. No manure shall be burnt on sit.

To safeguard the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
(Section 12, NPPF).
2) The floodlights hereby approved shall be used only up to 10pm on any day of the week.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC-001 and CBC-002.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
